TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ATTENDING THE DINAH

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THE DINAH YOU IMPLICITLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

 

These terms are subject to change at anytime. It is your responsibility to make sure you have read the latest version.

 

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

All Dinah ticket purchases  are non-refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to use credentials due to illness, pandemics, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases . Should we, or the Government or any other entity of authority, require we postpone the Dinah, you must provide a written request within fifteen days that you would like a refund. We will put your package up for resale and when your package sells we will refund you.

 

 

Covid safety

As a precondition to your admission onto The Dinah, you and all guests agree to the following: You understand that The Dinah has endeavored to comply with applicable governmental and public health guidance to create a safe environment for staff, performers, attendees, and other visitors to The Dinah. You understand that COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease transmitted through human contact and respiratory droplets (including through the air and via common surfaces), that it is possible that you may contract COVID-19 while at the Event, and that contracting COVID-19 could lead to sickness or death. You assume all risk in connection with your admission to the Event. In consideration for The Dinah allowing you admission onto the premises for the Event, on behalf of you and all of your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, you hereby waive and release any and all claims that you could bring against MT Productions, Inc, dba The Dinah, any of its affiliates, or any of Company’s or its affiliates’ respective owners, shareholders, partners, members, executives, officers, directors, employees, or other personnel (collectively, the “Company Parties”) in any arbitration or court proceeding, including any cases arising from the Company Parties’ own negligence, except as prohibited by law. You promise not to sue any of the Company Parties in any court or arbitration based on any claim released or waived hereunder, either individually or as part of any group or class, and further promise not to authorize any other individual or non-governmental entity to pursue claims on your behalf.You represent and warrant that (a) you fully understand the terms, conditions, and significance of this COVID-19 Acknowledgement and Liability Waiver and its binding effect; (b) you understand that you are waiving legal rights and remedies, including but not limited to any negligence or “tort” claims you otherwise could pursue; (c) you are competent to manage your affairs and enter into this COVID-19 Acknowledgement and Liability Waiver; (d) you are entering into this COVID-19 Acknowledgement and Liability Waiver knowingly, voluntarily, and without any pressure by any of the Company Parties; and (e) you have not assigned any of the claims waived hereunder to any other person or entity

Please read our safety guidelines and requirements at thedinah.com/dinah-safety as a condition of purchasing tickets and entrance to the event. Covid is a fluid situation so these requirements change as we are updated about CDC protocol.  It is your responsibility to check this page one week prior to attending the event to access the latest guidance and requirements.

Currently you must be fully vaccinated or show a PCR test within 72 hours of entrance and the test must be renewed  during the event if it expires before your last event.

Entrance to events

You will immediately receive an order confirmation email with a barcode for entry to the event. You MUST present the confirmation letter with the barcode to retrieve your wristband. • Wristbands WILL NOT be mailed. They will be available at WILL CALL in the lobby of our main hotel, The Margaritaville Resort, 1600 Indian Canyon Way, Palm Springs, during posted hours or at the door of any event. • If you have ordered for other people, all ticket orders will be in the purchaser’s name.  You must be present with your guests to retrieve all wristbands. Lost or stolen confirmation letters are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you lose your confirmation letter and think it may potentially be used to gain admittance, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us immediately may result in an unauthorized use of your ticket and if that happens, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. • Any disputes arising out of a ticket purchased online or at the event will be governed by California law and subject to arbitration only.

 

 

Wristbands

Wearing a wristband is a condition of attending this event. We don’t use tickets at The Dinah. We issue wristbands on site at will call that are either good for the entire weekend or just one party, depending upon the level you purchased. To retrieve your wristband, you must: present your ticket confirmation from See Tickets at will call; confirm your age with a valid government issued ID; and present the credit card with which you ordered your tickets.  You can show your confirmation one of two ways: printing the confirmation ticket that was emailed to you by See Tickets or downloading the See Ticket app on your smartphone at  www.seetickets.us. If you can’t find the email, contact See tickets at help@seetickets.us . If you purchased a ticket for an Individual event, you will retrieve that wristband at will call on the day of that individual event. ONLY A CLUB SKIRTS AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEE CAN PUT ON A WRISTBAND FOR YOU.

 

Please note: We use the two finger rule to determine tightness. You will wear your wristband all weekend if you purchased a Festival Pass. No exceptions. If you take your wristband off at the end of an event and put it on later, this constitutes tampering with your wristband and if discovered, will null and void your purchase. You may take off individual party wristbands only when you leave and do not plan to re-enter. Everyone who attends our event must wear a wristband. No exceptions. Lost Wristbands: If you lose your wristband, you will have to purchase a new one. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

Festival guidelines

All events are 21 and over. • All events are rain or shine. • Artists are subject to change, cancellation and or replacement without refund to the ticket purchaser. Artists may cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances out of the producer’s control. Neither the producer nor any of the Producer’s affiliates will be held liable for such incidents. We will do our best to offer substitute artists but purchasing your ticket is purchasing a ticket to an entire event of which any performance is a small part. Should we cancel an entire event, we will either offer a replacement date or reschedule the event during the weekend, either option at the discretion of the Producer.

 

 

Reasons for expulsion (in part)

Harassing or making anyone at the event intentionally feel uncomfortable. Dinah is a nice event. Dinah attendees play nice. Any person entering The Dinah venues is prohibited from handing out fliers, or promoting any goods or services without prior written consent from the producer. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave without refund. Over intoxication will result in removal without refund.

 

 

Permission to film and photograph for The Dinah and affiliate’s marketing purposes

Your purchase of any Dinah event ticket is express permission for our staff photographer to take photographs of and our videographer to film you. If you do not want to appear in future promotions, please let us know and we will do our best to omit your likeness but cannot guarantee it. FAQs 

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 21+ to attend all events. Photo ID will be required at the entrance to all events.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Hilton Palm Springs offers valet parking and there are rideshare services throughout Palm Springs.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Bring – Friends, sunscreen, and good vibes!

Do not bring – Outside food or drinks, beach chairs, umbrellas, water guns, bad attitudes, weapons, or anything else that can be used to hurt someone. Be nice. Play nice. Dinah is nice.

Is my registration/ticket refundable or can it be transferred?

All purchases are non-refundable.  No exceptions. It may be transferred to the next year at the discretion of MT Productions, Inc.
