IMPORTANT WRISTBAND INFORMATION

BUY HOTEL PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES A SUITE AND PREMIUM PASSES

THE DINAH FESTIVAL PASS & EVENT TICKETS

We distribute wristbands for the level of ticket you bought. For the Festival Passes or individual event tickets, you will receive a wristband. Any person(s) who have individually or collectively purchased passes, must wear their respective wristband either all weekend in the case of a Festival pass, or the duration of attendance at the respective individual event. All Dinah events are general admission, except for those with a DINAH PREMIUM PASS. No person shall be allowed in the hotel area or event area without wearing a wristband. Wearing a wristband is a condition of attending any Dinah event. No exceptions.

WRISTBAND APPLICATION

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE APPLY THE WRISTBAND.

A loose wristband is slipped over your wrist.

The wristband is tightened until there is a space large enough for one index finger between your wrist and the band for comfort and security (industry standard).

The wristband is never over-tightened. The closure slides one-way and CANNOT BE LOOSENED once the wristband is fitted to your wrist.

If you feel our staff member applied the wristband in a way that violates our standard as described here, please ask for a manager. Once you leave the wristband application area, if your wristband is deemed too loose, or looks like it was tampered with, it will be null and voided without exception.
Do not subject your wristband to the following: fire, cutting, excessive twisting, pulling, stretching, or customization. Your wristband will not be replaced!

DINAH ENTRANCE

Wristbands are required at all times on event grounds. Everyone in your party must have a wristband on their wrist prior to gaining entrance to either the hotel (including the lobby) or any other event we host.

Security check points are at every gate or entrance way. If your wristband is deemed tampered with in any way, you will not be allowed entry.

If you have an issue with your wristband please immediately report to security or customer service.
R

All wristbands will be checked for proper application at each event by Dinah staff.
R

A person in possession of a wristband which has been tampered with or altered in any way is subject to ejection from the Dinah event without refund.

YOU SHOULD KNOW

Only people wearing The Dinah Official wristband will be admitted to a Dinah event. Any wristband that is not affiliated with any 2024 Dinah event must be removed prior to entering any Dinah event.

Wristbands are void if tampered or removed. You will have to repurchase a wristband in order to attend parties.

There are no paper tickets.
R

All Dinah passes are wristbands that will be applied by a Dinah staff member upon check in at will call or at an individual event.

Don’t buy passes from a 3rd party. They are valid unless approved by the executive producer. If you are being offered a transferred ticket, please check with executiveproducer@thedinah.com first.

You cannot switch the name of the original purchaser.
