In April of 2020, the world-famous Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend will be celebrating 30 years of providing a safe space for women to live out loud, be free, and come together to rejoice in our individuality and creative spirits. Marking our 30th anniversary as the largest lesbian event on the planet and the world’s most celebrated queer woman event, this year will be the biggest yet! The Dinah features musical performances, comedy shows, pool parties, night parties, celebrity meet and greets, red carpet appearances, DJ battles, fun and games, and so much more.
The official Dinah Shore Weekend only takes place in Palm Springs, California and is famous for picking the next big thing in the music world. Past Dinah performers include Tegan and Sara, Lady Gaga, Lizzo, Katy Perry, Kesha, Bebe Rexha, Daya, Snow Tha Product, Jessie Reyes, Meghan Trainor, Iggy Azalea, Eve, Chaka Khan, Salt ‘N Pepa, and many more.
The spirit of The Dinah has always been to celebrate women paving their own path and breaking glass ceilings so the talent presented at the event each year intentionally represents and honors that vision. This is why we are so excited to announce our first headlining performance of 2020! Ally Brooke found her breakout with the multi-platinum group Fifth Harmony but is finally finding her own voice as she prepares to release her debut solo album. Having been in the industry since age 12, she’s now breaking out on her own to wield her unique artistic voice and share with the world her true self, no longer having to subscribe to the collective mission of a group. With an incredible stage presence and creative motivation, Ally’s performance promises to deliver an engaging and memorable performance at The Dinah 2020!
